“As an Agency; our approach with both vendors and customers revolves around our core value – integrity. We understand, that both vendor and customer alike deserve a value added service that continually strives to make things better, smoother and ultimately more profitable for all involved.”

Prior to opening NACR, during his seven-year term as a sales representative for CANSEW Inc., Canada’s oldest and best-known garment industry supplier, if for any reason he could not help a customer, Schoel directed those inquiries to the appropriate person or company. Schoel would often say to his clients, "Need Anything, Call Ryan," which later served as the basis for the acronym NACR.

Shortly after launching NACR, Schoel in addition to CANSEW, was presented the opportunity to work in Canada's growing Halloween market, with the leader in the industry. They began to serve as the sales agency for RUBIE’S Costume Co., the world famous costume design company, adding a new dimension to NACR - supplying retailers in addition to sewing product manufactures.

A few years later, FORUM Novelties was added to the mix as a sister company to RUBIE’S This added a mix of party, novelty, age specific and luau product, to name a few categories, that fit in well with NACR’s new expanding customer base.

IMAGINE by Rubie’s is the newest addition to the RUBIE’s group of companies, with a mix of licensed and generic costumes and accessories designed for year round sales in the toy or party store setting. The products, made for children, feature superior quality packaging over what is offered in the traditional Halloween market.

With the addition of AROC Electronics/ LASER PEGS Canada, NACR presents a new and different twist to the building block toy market to western Canada. LASER PEGS are translucent and light up, making for an exciting new way to build for children of most ages, including the adult-child.

Today Schoel and his team are ready to face the ever changing landscape, embracing new challenges and ways customers want to communicate: on the phone, Skype, e-mail, text and, most importantly when possible, he continues to visit his clients face-to-face. NACR Agencies is continually listening to customers who often say I know you don’t have this but ….. Can you help me with….
